Larissa Hale was recognised for her impact as a First Nations woman leading transformational change bringing together traditional knowledge and practices alongside modern science and technology to improve environmental land and sea management in Queensland – now and into the future.
2022 Revive our Oceans Winner - The Earthshot Prize
Winner of Prince William’s prestigious Earthshot Prize in the Revive our Oceans category in 2022, Larissa will leverage the QIWRN model to scale the program to provide culturally safe networking, support and opportunities that celebrates, recognises and empowers Indigenous women rangers nationally and internationally!
